Employees is anyone who works at your center but does not have full access to administer a center.
Click the New button and fill out their information.
Each employee must have their own PIN which they can use to check in themselves as well as sprouts if a family forgets their PIN.
You can also assign one or many rooms the employee has access to.
When employees check in and out a Time Card entry is created. These entries can be downloaded and used for payroll.
To allow an employee to be a family as well click on the Employee, then “Make Family.” This will create a new family linked to the employee.
