Q: A family says they cant login to Sproutary
- Double check their email address in Sproutary.com on the Family page.
- Click the “Resend Welcome” button at the top of the family page to allow them to set their password.
- If you’re not near a computer ask them to click “forgot password” on the login screen to setup their password.
- If they are still having issues please have them contact email@example.com
